This was not planned (at least not by us).. I took it hard the day I found out... I just got married this past April and I was wanting to wait a couple of years. BUT- God had other plans for me. I am so glad He is in control. He knows what He is doing and I know that this baby will be a blessing. I am doing so much better emotionally. It's not that I didn't want children, it is just that having a child is one of my worst fears.. The whole process- being pregnant, labor and pain, and the responsibility for another life. BUT-God is my strength and my rock. He will help me through all of this.
Today was my first Dr.'s appointment. I heard the heartbeat! It was amazing :)

ReplyDeleteI have several friends that have either had a honeymoon baby (conceived on the honeymoon) or within their first year and have all been scared first! Im scared too of when that day comes. I'm happy that you are slowly feeling more at peace. :-)
